Terms & Conditions 365 Bet – Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules

By registering and using the 365 bet platform, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you comply with all these conditions before making any deposit or placing any bet.

• You are aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• You are a valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been suspended or banned from the 365 bet platform.
• You register using information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Any registration made by an underage individual is invalid, and 365 bet reserves the right to close such accounts, forfeit all balances, and reject any related claims.

Each 365 bet user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. This includes accounts registered with different details but linked to the same individual via shared device, IP address, or payment information.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• Contact 365 bet customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.
• 365 bet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.

Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own activity, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us before that activity took place. 365 bet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on 365 bet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, which are the most widely used in Malaysia:

365 bet reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, an ongoing security investigation, or where bonus requirements have not been fully met.

General Rollover Requirements: All bonuses must be rolled over at the stated rollover rate before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 1x rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling at least the value of the bonus.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and are not transferable.
• Each member is eligible for promotions based on the applicable membership category (new member, existing member, VIP).
• 365 bet reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon the stated expiry date.
• Cancelled, refunded, or unsettled bets will not count towards fulfilling rollover requirements.

All games offered at 365 bet – including slots, live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), table games, and more – use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third parties to ensure fairness.

• The results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 365 bet will review the game logs and restore any affected credits based on system records.
• Players are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist in gameplay.
• Winnings arising from technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds are void, and 365 bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions.

The Sports Betting section at 365 bet covers more than 50 sporting disciplines, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF World Tour), cricket (IPL, Test Cricket), esports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Pre-Match Betting: All bets accepted prior to the start of a match will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• In-Play (Live) Betting: In-play betting odds change in real time. Any bets accepted during a temporary market suspension will be voided.
• Delays & Cancellations: Matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time will be deemed void and all bets will be fully refunded.
• Accumulator Bets: For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the overall ticket to be a winner. A single voided leg will reduce the accumulator odds accordingly.

365 bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Holding more than one active account.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems, games, or bonuses.
• Suspected money laundering or unlawful financing activity.
• Violation of any terms set out in this document.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling has had a negative impact on your life, 365 bet offers a self-exclusion option that allows you to voluntarily close your account for a period of your choosing (30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). Any remaining account balance will be returned in full once the process is complete.
